God Is Good, Even When Life Isn’t

When is it hardest to believe God is good? Is it in the silence of unanswered prayer, the pain of loss, or the exhaustion of prolonged suffering? In moments like these, it’s easy to tie God’s goodness to our circumstances, to praise Him when life feels blessed, but question His heart when the road grows dark. This is a conversation for anyone who has ever whispered, “Where are you, God?” and wondered if His goodness could still be true. It’s an invitation to shift our gaze from what we’re going through to the One who is with us in it, and to rediscover that His grace is enough, not to remove every trial, but to carry us through it, and to remind us that on the hardest days, His goodness isn’t a feeling. It’s a fact.
